The Arthur W. Page Society is a non-profit membership organization that is under the leadership of a volunteer Board of Trustees. The Trustees are members of the society who are elected by the full membership as authorized in the Society's Bylaws. The Board of Trustees elects the Society's officers. The officers and two At-Large Members, appointed by the President, make up the Executive Committee. The President appoints the President’s Council. The Board of Trustees appoints leaders of other committees and task forces. The daily management of the Society is the responsibility of the Executive Director, an employee of the Society who reports to the Board of Trustees.
