AT&T Assists Katrina Evacuees

Many Katrina evacuees who were taken by bus to Kelly Air Force Base in San Antonio were provided free telephones, computers and assistance from then-SBC (now AT&T Inc.) to find their children and other loved ones who became separated during the hectic evacuations from New Orleans.  See the news release issued on October 2, 2006 for more details.
