Lynn led the company through the largest acquisition of its history when it combined with CRT/tanaka in September 2013 to form PadillaCRT. Now called Padilla, the firm has since added a brand strategy consultancy, a digital agency and FoodMinds, an award-winning food and nutrition communications and consulting company. Lynn’s reputation for creating successful brand-building programs grows from her ability to listen, to strategize and to shoot straight. In addition to leading Padilla’s 240 employee owners, including a 40-person creative group, she advocates for clients and their issues in a variety of industries. Active in Padilla’s headquarters community, she is immediate-past board chair of the Greater Twin Cities United Way, vice chair of the University of Minnesota Foundation, and serves on the board of the Minneapolis Institute of Art. She also serves on the board of Walman, a leader in the optical industry. National professional service includes the PR Council board and, currently, the board of the Arthur Page Society
